Fraternity membership shall be conferred only upon Servicemen (Male Born) of the United States Military (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Retirees, Veterans, and Contracted Cadets) of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard, who consistently present themselves as male in their representation of the Fraternity. No person shall be denied membership in Kappa Lambda Chi for any reason of race, creed, color, sexual orientation, or national origin. The Fraternity's General Counsel shall review the policies and procedures related to verifying the 'Male Born' requirement and the requirement to consistently present themselves as male in their representation of the Fraternity to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
